What You’ll Do
- Client & Business Development Support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with pitches, capability statements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate client events, webinars, and marketing activities.
- Financial Administration
- Manage time recording, billing, and credit control processes.
- Liaise with partners and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Diary & Travel Management
- Organise complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Arrange international/domestic travel, visas, and accommodation.
- Document & Communication Support
- Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration
- Provide cover during absences and assist colleagues during peak workloads.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and support onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
