Our client, a well-renowned international law firm with amazing offices at London Bridge, is seeking an experienced and proactive legal PA to join a busy Corporate team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The hybrid pattern is 2 days from home and one day in the office per week.
The Role
- Provide high-level support to senior team members and associates.
- Manage complex and fast-moving diaries and priorities.
- Handle billing, expenses and administrative processes.
- Coordinate matter openings, conflict checks and engagement documentation.
- Act as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and amend documents as required.
About You
- You will have worked as a legal PA in a law firm for at least 2 years (specific Corporate Law experience a big advantage).
- Be used to billing in a law firm.
- Be highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Be confident working with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Have strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
