A leading global law firm with an impressive reputation for innovation, is seeking an experienced Paralegal Supervisor to lead a team delivering high-volume real estate matters for a major infrastructure client. The role combines team leadership, quality assurance, client service and operational oversight within a fast-paced legal environment.
This role can be based in either Sheffield or Manchester. Applicants based in Manchester will be required to spend at least one day per week in our Sheffield office working alongside the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of paralegal professionals.
- Allocate workloads and monitor matter progression.
- Provide guidance on property transactions and land rights matters.
- Review work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support team development, performance management and training.
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Real Estate/Property Law.
- Strong knowledge of title reviews, Land Registry processes, leases, easements and related property matters.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring, coaching or supervising colleagues is desirable.
- Proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented approach.
