A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Lead HR Advisor to supervise a team of HR professionals while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence people strategy, lead complex employee relations activity, drive continuous improvement and support a high-performing, collaborative workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Advisors and HR Assistants
- Drive service excellence across HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, performance management and absence management
- Lead investigations and support fair, consistent resolution of workplace issues
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Support recruitment activity from role approval through to onboarding
- Conduct job evaluations and support compensation and reward processes
- Produce HR insights and reporting to inform decision-making
- Manage HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to talent, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion programmes across the firm
About You
We’re interested in hearing from HR professionals who can demonstrate:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a Senior HR Advisor position
- Strong employee relations expertise and employment law knowledge
- Experience supervising, mentoring and developing HR teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
