We’re supporting a highly regarded international law firm seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Development Coach to join their people team on a part‑time basis (4 days per week, flexible). This role is perfect for a confident coach who enjoys working at senior level and supporting leaders as they step into bigger roles.
Key requirements:
- Qualified coach through an accredited body
- Minimum 5 years’ coaching experience
- Proven senior‑level coaching, ideally supporting transitions into senior roles
- Strong facilitation skills (essential)
- Background in professional services, banking or financial services preferred (legal experience welcome, but not required)
