We’re partnering with a global law firm to recruit a People Systems Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London with hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience who enjoys improving HR systems, delivering meaningful reporting, and supporting digital HR transformation projects.

The role involves working within a global People/HR function, supporting and enhancing the organisation’s HR technology landscape, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors administration, reporting, system optimisation and stakeholder support. You’ll collaborate closely with HR teams, managers, vendors and wider business stakeholders to ensure people systems are efficient, reliable and aligned to business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards
  • Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot HR systems issues and manage escalations
  • Support annual HR cycles and people processes
  • Ensure HR data integrity and GDPR compliance
  • Assist with HR technology and digital transformation initiatives
  • Deliver user training and system guidance to stakeholders
  • Work with external suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement

About you:

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in an HR systems or HRIS role
  • Strong reporting and Excel/data analysis skills
