We are currently recruiting on behalf of a top global law firm to find them a Paralegal to work as part of their Corporate team in London with a salary of c£40,000 upwards. This is a fast‐paced role supporting the Banking team on a range of transactional duties, including:
- Transaction lifecycle management
- Draft and maintain checklists and tasks
- Keep transaction documents up to date
- Draft and review authorisations
- Prepare and maintain closing documents
This role is suitable for a Paralegal looking to develop their skills in a Banking practice, but already has some valuable and substantial transactional practice area experience. Holding an LPC, GDL, or SQE is essential. Future trainees with a minimum of 12 months of experience will also be considered for this role.
