Support partners and fee earners in one of the country’s leading Private Client teams – if you’re an organised, proactive PA looking for your next step, this one’s worth a look. A top law firm is recruiting a Junior Team PA to join its well-established Private Client group, working alongside a large team of partners, fee earners and business development colleagues.
In this role you will:
- Provide tailored PA support to partners, fee earners, and the BD and marketing teams
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, calls, room bookings and facilities
- Handle expenses and accounts payment processes
- Get involved in the billing process, including using the Aderant system
- Support ad-hoc projects, from client events to bundle management
- Be a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- Help maintain InterAction records for clients, BD activity and events
- Coordinate document production and formatting with clear deadlines
You will bring around two years’ experience as an admin or PA within a law firm or professional services environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive, detail-focused approach. A secretarial qualification is desirable but not essential. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career within a collaborative, well-supported team that genuinely invests in development.
