An international legal firm looking for an HR Systems Analyst to become the go-to expert for their HRIS. If a clean data set or a well-built workflow makes your day, read on.
You’ll join a friendly HR Operations, MI & Systems team, hybrid (roughly 60/40 office/remote) from London.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to person for our SAP SuccessFactors platform:
- Key point of contact for HR system queries and issues across Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Reporting, Employee Central Payroll, Onboarding, Succession and Development.
- Owning position management end-to-end, plus regular system tasks - imports, bulk updates, config changes, permissions, onboarding documents.
- Planning and rolling out platform enhancements.
- Supporting data cleanses and reconciliations alongside our HR Reporting Analyst.
- Running the time off/absence module, including period-end processing and absence buy/sell.
- Applying EC Payroll and GUI knowledge to support payroll.
- Partnering with IT, Finance and our AMS vendor on integrations and support tickets.
- Supporting platform governance - release management, testing, production moves - and training colleagues on SuccessFactors.
Must-haves:
- Hands-on SAP/SuccessFactors experience across modules including EC, ECP (including GUI), Onboarding, Comp, PMGM, Succession & Development.
- A track record of leading medium-to-high complexity systems enhancements or module rollouts, comfortable thinking through global design and end-to-end implementation impacts.
- Confident intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF formulas).
Nice-to-haves:
- SAP SuccessFactors (SFX) System Admin Accreditation.
- Curiosity about generative or agentic AI within SuccessFactors - if you’ve experimented with it, even better.
- A working understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR.
You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who:
- Explains complex, technical things in a way that actually makes sense to non-technical people.
- Builds genuine trust with stakeholders and turns their (sometimes vague!) requirements into real system solutions.
- Loves digging into data and turning it into recommendations people can act on.
- Stays calm and accurate when priorities shift or deadlines tighten.
