Working within a collaborative Internal Client Services team, you will support a positive safety culture across UK and international offices, partnering closely with Facilities, HR, and key stakeholders.
The Role
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will provide practical guidance and support across a broad range of health and safety activities, helping ensure compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day health and safety advice to colleagues, managers, and contractors
- Support the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and systems
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards
- Carry out inspections, audits, and risk assessments, tracking actions through to completion
- Assist with incident and near-miss investigations
- Produce reports highlighting trends, risks, and performance
- Support training, inductions, and awareness initiatives
- Work with Facilities and Office Managers to ensure consistent processes across sites
- Monitor contractor activities and controls
- Support ISO 45001 and related compliance activities
About You
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential
- Experience in a health and safety advisory role, ideally within a professional services or multi‐site environment
- Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, detail‐oriented, and solutions‐focused
