As the Front of House Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a confident, polished and efficient reception service across multiple reception areas and meeting rooms. Daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing cloakroom items, visitor passes and temporary access cards
- Overseeing meeting room checks, daily setups and bookings via the Condeco system
- Coordinating refreshments, equipment and room configurations
- Handling courier deliveries, taxis and travel arrangements
- Maintaining immaculate reception and waiting areas
- Liaising with facilities, hospitality and wider business teams
- Assisting with lost property and general enquiries
This varied position requires someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organised and representing the firm with confidence and poise.
To succeed as a Front of House Coordinator, you will bring:
- Corporate front‑of‑house experience, ideally from a law firm, financial services or similar professional environment
- A passion for exceptional client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Professionalism, excellent presentation and a naturally friendly manner
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using MS Office and experience with booking systems such as Condeco, Opera, Manhattan or Rendezvous
- Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns between 7am–7pm
