A leading law firm is seeking a highly organised Legal PA to support its Litigation team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you’ll play a key role in supporting lawyers and delivering exceptional client service.
The role
- Provide dedicated PA and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners, ensuring litigation matters run smoothly and efficiently.
- Diary management, including coordinating meetings, court dates and key deadlines.
- Supporting litigation matters with coordination and administrative oversight.
- Managing client communications and correspondence.
- Assisting with billing, time recording and financial processes.
- Liaising with internal teams including Finance and Business Development.
- Organising meetings, travel and logistics.
- Supporting document management, filing and matter administration.
- Assisting with pitches, presentations and client materials.
About you
- Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Litigation.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Confident across Microsoft Office and legal systems.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- A collaborative and reliable team player.
