We’re looking for a proactive and organised Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join one of our best clients – an international law firm with a stellar reputation. This is a fantastic opportunity to support attorney training, professional development, and compliance initiatives across our European offices.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across London, Paris, Brussels, and the U.S., helping coordinate training programmes, manage learning systems, support onboarding, and deliver a first-class development experience.

Proven experience in a professional services training and development environment — ideally within a law firm. Knowledge of legal bar compliance is a plus.
