Here’s a really interesting role, working in a fast-paced financial services environment in a team of five, the role involves providing excellent service to a wide range of corporate clients whilst supporting the Corporate Broking team.
Responsibilities
- Management of all roadshows and events, including providing management teams with all necessary documentation, booking travel, printing of presentation materials and overseeing all logistics.
- Booking investors into results roadshows and investor events.
- Updating internal systems and calendars for investor meetings.
- Dealing with share register related queries.
- Preparation, collation and management of feedback documents, including i) making sure the relevant sales/Corporate Broking person is collecting feedback quickly and efficiently and ii) the final document is sent to the client in a timely manner.
- Updating investor profiles documents and creating new documents where necessary.
- Booking travel and accommodation for the team and corporate clients.
- Management of CRM system.
- Providing corporate clients with weekly share price documentation on a Friday.
- Management of centralised diary.
- Assisting with booking sales briefings.
- General daily/weekly administrative tasks.
Qualifications
To apply, you will need at least 2 years PA/and administration experience in investment management or investor relations or a related field, have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team, previous experience of inbox/diary management and be comfortable speaking to management and clients on the phone.
