A leading law firm is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join its collaborative HR Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HR systems experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting a high-performing professional services environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting day-to-day HR data management and firm-wide reporting
  • Helping manage and continuously develop the firm’s HR system
  • Designing and building end-to-end workflows to automate and improve HR processes
  • Producing complex Excel reports and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Liaising with system vendors to resolve HRIS issues
  • Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
  • Contributing to ongoing improvements across HR operations

About you:

  • At least 1 year’s experience working with systems, ideally within HR
  • Comfortable working with HR information systems and Excel
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with a professional, team-oriented approach
  • Proactive problem-solver with a practical “can-do” mindset
  • Genuinely interested in supporting the wider business
