A leading legal firm is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its People team on a 14-month fixed-term contract.
This is a strategic and operational HR role partnering with senior leaders to deliver people solutions that support business performance, employee engagement, talent development and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across designated business areas
- Lead complex employee relations matters and provide risk-aware guidance
- Support talent management, succession planning and performance processes
- Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
- Provide HR input on organisational change and workforce planning
- Coach and develop HR team members
- Lead and contribute to firm-wide HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Significant HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within professional services or a partnership-led environment
- Strong employee relations expertise and UK employment law knowledge
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) preferred
