We’re looking for a Reception & Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our Guildford office, with a strong emphasis on facilities and office operations. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with the Facilities Manager, helping to maintain the office environment, equipment, and shared spaces, while supporting post, couriers, suppliers, internal services, and facilities systems. You’ll also provide reception support when needed, helping create a professional and welcoming workplace.
