Join a leading international law firm as an Executive Assistant, providing high-level, confidential support to the Global Senior Partner. This is a pivotal role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where discretion, organisation, and stakeholder management are key.

Location: London / Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver proactive executive support, including complex diary management and international travel arrangements.
  • Co-ordinate governance processes: board and committee meetings, agendas, bundles, and minute-taking.
  • Act as a trusted liaison for senior leadership, managing confidential communications and priorities.
  • Organise partner appraisals, strategic projects, and partnership voting processes.
  • Support client listening initiatives and thought leadership activities.
  • Assist with events such as partner dinners, conferences, and alumni engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience supporting C-suite or Partner-level leadership within a law firm.
  • Strong governance and organisational skills, including board/committee co-ordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency and familiarity with document management systems.
  • Exceptional written communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High discretion, integrity, and ability to work across multiple time zones.
