An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Events Manager to join a highly regarded international law firm, supporting Business Development and senior stakeholders to deliver a strategic, high-impact events programme. The Role
- Lead the planning and delivery of a diverse events calendar including client conferences, seminars, webinars, hospitality, and international events.
- Take ownership of high-profile, complex events, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards.
- Partner closely with Business Development teams and senior stakeholders to create client-focused, strategic event concepts.
- Manage communications across the full event lifecycle—from invitation to post-event follow-up.
- Oversee budgets, supplier relationships, and event ROI reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating performance, feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Manage and mentor a small events team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
- Maintain and optimise CRM and email platforms to maximise attendance and client engagement.
About You
- Proven experience in events management within a professional services environment.
- Strong track record of managing complex events and a busy events calendar.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and evaluating ROI.
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
