Are you a school leaver, college leaver or someone looking for your first step into a professional office environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading law firm as an Early Careers Administrator. No previous graduate recruitment, legal or HR experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to launch a long-term career within HR, recruitment, talent development or professional services.
You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team responsible for attracting, recruiting and developing future legal talent. This varied role offers exposure to recruitment, events, administration, employer branding and stakeholder management from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of recruitment events and careers activities
- Coordinating interviews, assessment days and candidate communications
- Managing recruitment systems and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with early careers programmes, including insight schemes and vacation schemes
- Supporting trainee and scholar development events and inductions
- Creating engaging communications and marketing materials
- Responding to candidate and stakeholder enquiries
- Processing grants, expenses and other administrative documentation
- Assisting with projects and initiatives across the Early Careers team
- Helping to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- A school leaver, college leaver or someone seeking their first professional office-based role
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Customer service, retail, hospitality or administrative experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Interest in HR, recruitment, events or talent development would be beneficial
