Main duties of the job:

  • Ensure the Booking Office Team provides a full appointment and reception service for Outpatient Clinics.
  • Ensure the day to day organisation of outpatient clinics.
  • Ensure there is a well‑trained workforce.
  • Support the Medical Records Manager and Deputy Manager.
  • Excellent keyboard, customer care and communication skills are required for this role.
