Job overview: The Chief Renal Technologist will have to be able to effectively manage a range of responsibilities, including ensuring that all renal dialysis equipment in any of the haemodialysis treatment areas is fully supported and working appropriately. You will work with a small team and will be expected to lead by example and ensure that the workload is effectively prioritised and completed.
Main duties of the job: The work will be varied, interesting and challenging and could be in any one of 3 treatment areas including on the Russell Hall site, at Tipton Satellite Unit and Kidderminster or at any one of our home haemodialysis patients. The Chief Renal Technologist will be expected to develop a variety of skills including leadership, partnership working, team working, and resource management along with the opportunity to develop general management skills.
