The predicted salary is between 40559 - 48841 £ per year.

The post-holder will work autonomously across Cardiothoracic, Critical Care, Nephrology and Transplant, Neurosciences and Haematology directorates, and will play a key role in ensuring safe, timely and effective patient flow into secondary and tertiary services. The role requires close collaboration with senior nurses and Clinical Board senior support, acting as a key decision-maker in the allocation of beds and resources.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, supporting ward teams to maintain robust processes that promote efficient discharge planning, minimise delays and optimise service capacity.

  • Qualifications: Relevant UK professional registration.
  • Experience: Experience of working autonomously; Experience of patient flow within a clinical environment; Relevant experience within paediatrics.
  • Skills & Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Significant experience in the relevant area; Teaching experience.
