Main duties of the job:
- Ensure the Booking Office Team provides a full appointment and reception service for Outpatient Clinics.
- Ensure the day to day organisation of outpatient clinics.
- Ensure there is a well‑trained workforce.
- Support the Medical Records Manager and Deputy Manager.
- Excellent keyboard, customer care and communication skills are required for this role.

Experience:
- Good standard of general education
- Experience working in a hospital environment
- Experience working within a Medical Records Department

- Welsh language skills in Speaking/Listening at Level 3 or above
