We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Acquisition) responsible for the overarching marketing strategy of our app. You will define how we bring supporters into our ecosystem, retain them, and increase in-app transactions.

Your day-to-day:
- Attract new supporters to our digital ecosystem by developing and executing strategies to drive app downloads through high-impact acquisition channels.
- Create compelling campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, and programmatic channels, including managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and others.
- Provide performance analysis and reporting by tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and delivering insights to improve campaigns.
- Partner with colleagues across the club, including Paid Media and Data & Insights teams, to design full-funnel paid media plans and conduct audience analysis.
- Oversee App Store Optimisation (ASO) to maximise visibility and conversion rates on Apple and Google Play stores.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to plan app exclusives that support acquisition efforts.
- Align acquisition and retention campaigns to ensure cohesive supporter engagement and revenue growth.
- Develop tailored plans for different supporter segments, leveraging insights to enhance personalisation and relevancy for UK and US audiences.
- Support Product Development and Design teams by driving growth through innovation and improving user journeys.
- Manage project budgets to maximise ROI through strategic spending.
What we are looking for:
