Your new role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the classroom? As a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support small groups and individual pupils with learning activities
  • Adapt learning materials to meet diverse needs, including SEN students
  • Provide pastoral care, encouraging confidence and independence
  • Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and maintaining a positive learning environment

What you\’ll need to succeed
We\’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience (voluntary or paid) supporting children\’s learning
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Works flexibly and collaboratively within a busy school setting
  • Holds (or is working towards) a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE) – not essential, but desirable
