What you\’ll be doing:

· Providing classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of subjects

· Assisting in the delivery of planned learning activities and interventions

· Encouraging pupil engagement, participation, and positive behaviour

· Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

· Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents

What we\’re looking for:

· Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)

· A genuine passion for supporting children\’s learning and development

· Good communication skills, patience, and a positive, proactive attitude
