Randstad Education is currently seeking a committed and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Stockport (SK5). This is a full-time, long-term role for the entire academic year, providing crucial support to children with Special Educational Needs.
This position is perfect for an experienced TA who thrives on consistency and is ready to make a lasting impact.
The ideal candidate will have:

At least 6 months of recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school.

A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification from a UK institution.

Specific experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in either a mainstream primary or SEND school.

The ability to work full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM).

A strong understanding of child development and a nurturing approach.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
