About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders and will demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Location: Hatfield Business Park, Hertfordshire AL10 9TW

Working Hours: 09:00 am to 05:30 pm

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and scheduling demands effectively.
  2. Communicate clearly and professionally with engineers, resource managers, and internal teams.
  3. Deliver outstanding customer service while handling scheduling requests and queries.
  4. Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all scheduling activities.
  5. Build rapport with team members and stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
  6. Adapt to the demands of a busy role with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  7. Learn and navigate internal systems such as iRequest and SAP to support scheduling operations.
  8. Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and Excel, to manage calendars and data.

What\’s in it for you?

  • This is a 5-day per week onsite contract.
  • A per hour rate, in scope IR35, of £12.75 (PAYE) or £16.55 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
