The Role

  1. Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
  2. Greet visitors with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
  3. Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
  4. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
  5. Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection
