Project Quantity Surveyor – Construction – Flexible & Remote working
Role: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to site
Salary & Package £60,000 – £70,000 plus benefits (DOE)

Due to continual growth and a number of recent project wins, they are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £15m scheme they have recently been awarded. The ideal candidate will have worked on Industrial, logistics, retail or commercial projects previously.
This role is fully remote with occasional travel to site. Sites are nationwide, however typically across Midlands, Anglia and South West regions.
Additionally, due to company growth there would be fast track career progression opportunities on offer.

Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable
- Minimum of 6 years\’ experience in Quantity Surveying role working for main contractors
- Ideally have worked on Industrial, logistics, retail or commercial projects
- Strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management
- Client driven with strong decision making and communication skills
