Location: North and East London
Vehicle Provided: PCO Licensed Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (8-Seater FORD 2018)
Salary: £300 to £1000 per week

Are you a reliable, customer-focused driver looking for a full-time opportunity? 247 Airport Transfer is seeking PCO-licensed drivers to join our team and operate a company-provided wheelchair-accessible vehicle. This position involves regular school runs, along with additional jobs such as airport transfers and local trips.

As a school run driver, you’ll have priority access to airport jobs that fit within your schedule. School run earnings alone can range from £300 to £600 per week, depending on your availability.

What We Offer:
-8-Seater FORD WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE (2018 model)
Commission-Based Rental Agreement (43% Weekly Commission)
This option is ideal for drivers who prefer more independence and a higher earning potential based on performance.

Commission Structure: You will pay a weekly 43% commission to the company — 23% from job earnings and 20% for the car rental.

Vehicle Responsibility: You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or damage to the car. Additionally, you will need to refuel or recharge the vehicle (depending on whether it\’s petrol/diesel or electric).

Minimum Work Commitment:

– A minimum of 5 days/week at 12-hour shifts or 6 days/week at 10-hour shifts is required.
– You must complete a minimum of 4 jobs per day.
– If you work fewer hours or days, a fixed fee will apply depending on the vehicle you rent.
– You must complete a minimum of 20 jobs per week. Failure to meet this threshold may result in the company reclaiming the vehicle.

! MANDATORY Training & Responsibilities: All drivers must complete MIDAS training and be willing to cover any school run or wheelchair-accessible jobs assigned by local authorities.

Priority Allocation: School run drivers using a company vehicle will receive priority on airport job assignments, when available, that align with their school run schedules.

Deposit: A refundable deposit of £300 is required. This can be paid in advance or deducted from your first pay.

Exclusivity: Under this arrangement, you are not permitted to work for other companies.
Benefits:
-Annual PHV license renewal
-2 MOT checks per year
-Service checks, including tyre changes (normal wear and tear)
-Priority access to airport jobs for school run drivers
-Full-time, stable work with predictable weekly income
-Vehicle provided for the duration of the contract

The vehicle comes with a school run contract that is Monday to Friday, with 2 trips per day, with a Passenger Assistant to help you out.

-Copy of Passport/ID
-Enhanced CRB/DBS check (must be no older than 3 years)
-NINO and UTR number
-Driving License (with no more than 6 penalty points)
-London PCO License and badge
-Proof of address (other than your driving license)

Your Role:

As a PCO driver for 247 Airport Transfer, you’ll be responsible for providing safe, professional, and efficient transport in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.

Reporting to the Manager, your role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient service. You will utilize your core driving skills and premium driving experience, along with relevant skills to communicate effectively with clients. Responsibilities

*Safely operate a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations.
*Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
*Conduct pre-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and functionality.
*Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety.
*Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch to provide updates and address any concerns.
*Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £300 to £1,000 per week (depends on the number of jobs completed)
