This award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Location: Magnificent setting with beautiful views. The hotel offers live-in accommodation, a fantastic culture, and a strong focus on staff welfare and wellbeing.

The busy kitchen team is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the creation of indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet treats for the entire hotel. From large conferences and events to mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management abilities
  • Flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
