Optical Assistant – Chingford
We have an exciting opportunity to be recruiting for a luxury eyewear Independent boutique opticians located in Chingford. If you have some previous optical experience and customer service is extremely important to you this would be the perfect chance to join a close knit friendly team where there aim is to make sure their customers feel see, and look great in their unique and boujee eyewear and leave the practice happy. The Practice will consider both full and part time applicants.
The Role
-Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service
-Performing pre-screening eye health checks
-Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist
-Being proactive, able to use own initiative and problem solve.
-Dispensing glasses
-Dealing with complaints
-Fitting and repairing spectacles
-Contact lens teaches
-Administration duties
