Operations Coordinator (Warehouse)
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary:£25,000 – £26,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Co-Ordinator to join their operations warehouse team.This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, supporting both the operational and administrative functions.
In this role, you\’ll support procurement activities by assisting with equipment purchasing for customer sites, carry out a range of warehouse duties, and provide general administrative support—including document management, ISO-related coordination across departments, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with company policies and deadlines.
Skills & Experience
– Minimum of 1 years\’ experience using Microsoft Office suite
– Previous experience working with purchasing and warehousing
– Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
– Excellent attention to detailand accuracy
– Comfortable working within structured processes and procedures
– Knowledge of ISO, procurement, or logistics would be desirable but not essential
