We\’re looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our Norwich Schools PFI team based in Norwich.
Location:
Norwich, Norfolk
Hours:
40 hours a week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Mobile Caretaker, you\’ll support the Norwich Schools PFI team in delivering high-quality facilities management services across school sites. Your daily tasks will include:
- Carrying out planned and remedial maintenance tasks, such as fire alarm testing, water temperature checks, and shower head cleaning.
- Liaising with the Facilities Coordinator and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Conducting weekly internal and external building inspections and reporting issues.
- Providing hosting services and room setups for meetings.
- Supporting furniture moves, ad hoc tasks, and covering for caretaking and cleaning staff during holidays or sickness.
