Leisure Attendant

Β£30,574 – Β£30,871 pro rata / Β£15.85 – Β£16.00 per hour (including shift allowance and Distant Islands Allowance)
We are looking for a Leisure Attendant to effectively carry out the plant maintenance, maintain water treatment and operational procedures of the Stronsay swimming pool.
The successful applicant must be prepared to acquire a full knowledge of all matters relating to the cleaning, operation and servicing of the swimming pool. This will include assembling and dismantling equipment, checking and maintaining chemical levels and cleaning filters.
Applicants must either hold a pool plant operation qualification or be willing to achieve this within 6 months of appointment.
This post is subject to Level 2 Disclosure Check with PVG for working in a regulated role with children.
