We are looking to recruit an experienced Information Analyst to join the Informatics team to support the ContractAnalysis team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.Tobe responsible forthe receipt, processing and submission of mental health and community data to Commissioners on behalf of the Trust. This involvesmonitoringthe timeliness and quality of data against national and local standards, processing this data in the Trust data warehouse and other corporate databases asappropriate, producing standard reports to deadlines and monitoring. Responding to ad-hoc queries and working closely with Trust colleagues to improve data quality and timeliness. To delivera timely, validated reporting suite that satisfies the Trusts statutory and mandatory reporting responsibility. To investigate and develop new reports to support data submissions and routine information reporting.
⢠To support the Contract team in providing comprehensive information analysis across the corporate and locality structures.
⢠Tobe responsible forsupporting the delivery ofaccurate,timelyand fit for purpose information reporting/analysis to meet the business need, using a variety of available tools.
⢠Undertake analysis of complex, multi-sourced patient level data, transforming it into meaningful reports and to support staff in understanding the results, as well as provide assurance around the quality and integrity of the source data. To summarize and interpret results asrequiredwith written analysis identifying trends, variations with explanation.
⢠Build professional relationships with Locality Directors, Service Managers and staff within the business units, supporting them with their information requirements to design, develop and build reports that meet the specified operational needs thatare able tobe developed asrequiredinto the business intelligence tool. To support these staff to access and understand this information.
⢠To document andmaintaina series of reports; statutory, mandatory,localand national to ensure they are compliant with requirements and run according to schedule. Tovalidateand highlight any issues for resolution.

The âmust havesâ for this role:
1. Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in the use of MS Office applications, with excellent Excel or equivalent experience
1. Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in information reporting
1. Use own initiative to work in a project manner with services to understand requirements, translate into analysis and iterate as needed
1. Experience of exercising judgement to solve operational problems where the answers are notapparent.
