We are currently looking for a full-time Hospitality Team Member to join our team working 40 hours per week. We seek enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including shifts/rotas.
This role involves working in the casino bar and restaurant. Ideally, candidates should have previous experience in a similar position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Being an effective team player contributing to continuous business improvement.
- Operating tills and handling cash.
- Waiting tables and clearing cutlery and glasses, ensuring all items are washed, cleaned, and stored correctly.
- Proactively identifying food and beverage requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all casino areas.
