Your new role
Our client, a school in Eccleston is looking for a Qualified Level 2 Early Years Teaching Assistant to start in September on a part time temporary contract with the chance to go permanent for the right candidate. The role involves supporting the class teacher, managing behaviour, assisting in the general learning and development of the pupils and may include some personal care.

Key duties:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities
  • Ensuring all children are engaged in learning and activities
  • Support children\’s social, emotional, and physical development
  • Observe and record children\’s progress, sharing insights with the teaching team
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Be comfortable assisting with personal care such as nappy changes
