Building relationships with external partners such as social services, Local Authority and the police will be part of your regular activity, and you’ll be expected to attend multi-agency meetings — both virtually and in person, where required.

You’ll also support the delivery of internal safeguarding case surgeries, review cases, contribute to the team newsletter, and help strengthen awareness across the business. Understands statutory safeguarding responsibilities and multi-agency processes

Can provide confident advice on complex, high-risk cases

Has experience working with issues like mental capacity, hoarding, exploitation, and neglect

Is empathetic, calm under pressure, and sensitive to the realities our customers face

Can work independently, take initiative, and bring new ideas to improve practice

Is happy to collaborate across teams and adapt to a changing caseload

Experience in housing is a bonus, but not essential — more important is your confidence, emotional intelligence, and desire to make a real impact.
