We are looking to recruit a Deputy Nursery Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Nursery Manager and staff to provide high-quality education and learning.
- Managing and leading the Nursery provision in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
- Drawing up and supervising the daily programme of activities and events with the Nursery Manager and staff.
- Ensuring that the welfare and safety of children are promoted within the setting.
- Maintaining and updating records such as attendance registers, accident, incident, and medication records.
- Liaising closely with parents and carers, informing them about the setting and its curriculum, exchanging information about children\’s progress, and encouraging parental involvement.
