We are looking to recruit a Deputy Nursery Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Nursery Manager and staff to provide high-quality education and learning.
  2. Managing and leading the Nursery provision in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
  3. Drawing up and supervising the daily programme of activities and events with the Nursery Manager and staff.
  4. Ensuring that the welfare and safety of children are promoted within the setting.
  5. Maintaining and updating records such as attendance registers, accident, incident, and medication records.
  6. Liaising closely with parents and carers, informing them about the setting and its curriculum, exchanging information about children\’s progress, and encouraging parental involvement.
