Trek Recruitment is excited to recruit a skilled CNC Setter Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Corwen.

Join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility and drive precision in a high-volume production environment.

THE JOB
Set up and operate dual-turret CNC machining centres with precision.
Interpret technical drawings and measure parts to exact tolerances.
Use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and precision tools.
Adjust processes using measurement data to ensure quality.
Perform tooling setup, replacements, and routine machine maintenance.
Load/unload parts via conveyors and operate supplemental equipment (engraving, flaw detection, hydraulic pressing).
YOU
Proven CNC machinery setting and operating experience.
Strong IT skills and adaptability to new CNC systems.
Knowledge of Siemens CNC and G-code programming (preferred).
Familiarity with CMM and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Proactive, reliable, and quality-focused mindset.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
