The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our busy Medical Imaging Clerical Team based at Ipswich Hospital. We currently have 2 x full time (37.5hr) posts and 1 x part time 28 hours post. Working pattern will be over a 12 week rota, covering 7 days per week, 8am to 8pm. Hours to be discussed at interview. These posts are fixed term until 31st March 2026.

In this role you will assist in providing an efficient, high quality, reception/clerical support service to Medical Imaging.

As you will be dealing with patients and the general public, you must have a polite telephone manner and be approachable. You will also need to have the ability to work under pressure to strict dealings with excellent organisational skills. You will work on your own initiative with attention to detail and have confident and accurate IT skills.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar environment within an NHS setting, and knowledge of the hospital booking systems, Lorenzo and CRIS would be advantageous.

Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.
• Cover reception duties and modality booking desks
• Deal with referrals and booking patient appointments on the Computerised Radiology Information System (CRIS)
• Deal with telephone enquiries from patients, GP’s and the wider MDT team
• Scanning, filing, emailing and photocopying
