The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests, working in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to shine in a unique island setting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet our exacting standards.
-Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
-Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local produce.
-Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
-(For Sous Chef) Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including stock control and staff supervision.
