Role Overview
We seek a hands-on operator to lead the White Lion, leveraging your experience to manage guest expectations, operating costs, and team development. You will report to the Bar Manager and work alongside the operations team daily, responsible for delivering sales targets, controlling payroll and stock, and maintaining brand standards.
