Vacancy – Admin Assistant

ESS Employment Ltd is seeking to employ an Admin Assistant to join a small team working with one of our clients.

Duties include:

  1. Handling high volumes of inbound calls and emails
  2. Communicating regularly with all parties, agencies, and clients
  3. Allocating new instructions via a bespoke system
  4. Progress chasing to maintain service levels
  5. Providing fee quotations
  6. Offering general administrative support and resolving issues within the client services team

Candidate requirements:

  1. Experience in customer service or administration is advantageous
  2. High attention to detail
  3. Confident, proactive attitude
  4. Friendly demeanor
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
