• Sales and Profitability
  • Drive sales to meet or exceed store sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic, maximise sales, and improve profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, address underperformance, and adjust sales tactics as needed.
• Customer Service
  • Ensure that customers receive excellent service by providing a welcoming environment and maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and effective manner.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention.
• Team Leadership and Development
  • Train store staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
  • Schedule staff to ensure appropriate coverage and optimise productivity.

• Operational Excellence
  • Ensure that store operations comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store layout.
  • Monitor and manage expenses within budgetary constraints, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
• Marketing and Promotions
  • Implement in-store promotions and marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Engage with the local community to increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.

Required Skills And Qualifications
