We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales to meet or exceed store sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic, maximise sales, and improve profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for growth, address underperformance, and adjust sales tactics as needed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service by providing a welcoming environment and maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and effective manner.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention.
- Team Leadership and Development
