We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, independent dental practice in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This position offers the opportunity to work one day per week (Thursday) with potential to increase in the future.

  • 20 UDAs per day, with additional payment for extra UDAs completed
  • High-earning potential at 50% gross in an affluent area
  • Great demand for cosmetic dentistry; an interest in this area is desirable
  • Fully computerised practice with state-of-the-art equipment
  • Excellent support from an experienced dental nurse
  • This is a small dental practice with a loyal patient base that has transitioned from NHS to predominantly private care.
  • The practice offers a mix of fee per item and plan services, with a small NHS list for children and exempt adults.
  • The Principal Dentist requires a new Associate to join the practice initially for one day per week, with expectations for growth to two days due to high demand.

Successful candidates must be GDC registered, possess an active dentist performer number, and have experience in providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
